Rewards depend on the published programme rules and regional availability. If you cancel, the free tracker, your history and your achievements stay exactly as they are.
How rewards progress works
Progress is built from qualifying active weeks, in a repeating cycle of 12 weeks.
4 qualifying weeks
A partner discount or offer
8 qualifying weeks
A small sponsor-funded item or benefit
12 qualifying weeks
A £1 no-minimum-spend voucher, or a clearly described funded equivalent
Missing a week pauses your progress. It does not reset it.
By default you can earn a maximum of one qualifying credit per activity week. Extra logs in the same week do not multiply credits.
A submission can cover an eligible two-week period for fortnightly collections, provided both weeks fall within an active membership and no week is credited twice.
These milestones are programme templates, not confirmed offers. A milestone is only shown as available when a real reward has been configured and funded. We do not publish partner names, voucher codes or stock until they are genuinely in place.

Before you join
- No payment card is required for free tracking. Rewards membership is entirely optional.
- Rewards membership costs £1 a month and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Rewards depend on the published programme rules and on regional availability.
- Self-reported recycling logs do not automatically qualify for rewards.
- Qualifying activity follows the published evidence and eligibility requirements.
- If you cancel, membership stays active until the date you have paid up to, then ends.
- Already-issued vouchers are honoured until their stated expiry.
- Earned progress is kept, but no new qualifying credits accrue after membership ends.
- We never require a further payment simply to claim a reward you have already earned within its claim period.
