Is it really free?
Yes. Tracking, guidance, history and achievements are free, with no payment card required. Rewards membership is entirely optional at £1 a month.
How does recycling get recorded?
You quick log without a weight, or record a weighed log using a saved container so the empty-container weight is deducted automatically. You can also enter a net weight directly. Logs are recorded as self-reported.
Do my logs qualify for rewards?
Not automatically. Self-reported logs do not automatically qualify. Reward-eligible activity follows the published programme rules, which set out the eligibility and evidence requirements.
