What does the Rewards membership cost?

Rewards membership costs £1 a month and renews monthly until you cancel. It gives access to available member offers and progress towards funded rewards through qualifying recycling activity. You can cancel at any time from your account, and the free tracker remains available after you cancel.

Do my recycling logs automatically qualify for rewards?

No. Self-reported logs do not automatically qualify for rewards. Reward-eligible activity follows the published programme rules, which set out eligibility and evidence requirements. Photos and automated checks can support review but do not by themselves prove that material was recycled.

How does recycling get recorded?

You can quick log your recycling without a weight, or record a weighed log by selecting a saved container, entering its empty weight and logging the gross weight so the net recycling weight is calculated for you. You can also enter a net weight directly. Logs are recorded as self-reported.

How do bin collection dates work?

Where local guidance is available, Recycle Rewards shows your council's recycling information, collection dates and optional reminders, with the source and last checked date. Where guidance is not available for your area, we say so and direct you to your collection provider.

The basic tracker can be used internationally, with your own country, time zone and preferred weight units. Local guidance coverage varies by area, and paid rewards availability depends on the published programme rules and regional availability.

No. Recycle Rewards complements existing council recycling services. It supports correct recycling behaviour in line with local rules, helping to reduce contamination and increase participation.
